“Chorekchi” factory was established on January 14, 2013, with the support of the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the funds of “ATS Food” LLC. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, participated in the opening of the factory. The purpose of establishing the factory was to meet the demand in this field by producing bread and bakery products in a fully automated manner, without human touch, in a production facility that complies with sanitary and hygienic standards.
The factory, which was established with the equipment and technical support of Germany's Werner&Pfleiderer company, has implemented a control system at each stage of production.
The daily production capacity of the “Chorekchi” factory is 150 tons.
The factory produces a variety of sweets, wheat-based products, and rye-based products.
•    Wheat-based products: Lavash, Factory Bread, Extra Baton, Simple Baton, Döner, Toast
•    Rye-based products: Zira Bread, Kombe with rye, Borodino, German, Yeast-free, Diet, Black Toast
•    Pastry varieties: Croissant, Bun, Kete, Korjik
•    PL products: Extra Baton 400g, Zira Baton 400g, Bran Baton 400g, Factory, Croissant
